GOOD NEWS! Following are the new programs being implemented by the Arroyo government. We welcome these laws and policies geared towards helping the people to cope with the present financial crisis. I wonder why it took them this long to provide budget for these. Why only now? More than 80% of the population is under crisis since the 90's.
