Slumdwellers explain Argentina’s politics
Social spending in Argentina can't be sustained if the economic policies of paying large debts to the International monetary Fund will not be revised. Poverty will not be eliminated under a capitalist form of government. Only a transformation to a socialist structure will the poor people really be pulled-out of their economic situation.
