Tech: RP Energy to build a coal-fired power plant in Subic
Another coal-fired power plant in the offing. Surely this could add to the power supply of the country, but is this good for the environment? There are lots of available renewable energy to be tapped, which may be very costly initially, but will be beneficial for the country in the long run.
